Acceptable Usage Policy - Closure of account

You must notify us in writing of your intention to close your account.
This protects both you and us against incorrect account closure
under the following conditions (and more!):

We consider written notification to be of the following forms:

When we receive your closure notice, we will confirm this within 2 business days
using the contact details you supply on your closure notice.
Until we confirm receipt:

This means that if you send a closure notice, and we DO NOT CONFIRM within 2 business days,
you MUST contact us - your closure notice has NOT been received by us!!!

If there is any money owing on your account:

We do not want to make it difficult for you to close your account.
If you absolutely cannot provide notice by any of the above methods
we can and will accept alternative methods (you must contact us to discuss).
