Acceptable Usage Policy - Email Accounts
You must regularly check your HiNet email accounts.
We deliver important system emails to your primary email account(s)
and if you do not read the account(s) you may miss them.
Types of messages that are delivered include:
If we deliver email to your account but you don't read it,
the responsibility for that is yours alone.
UPDATE: 2007-03-19 If you only want to get system emails and
no others to your HiNet mailbox, a simple way of doing this is
to activate your AntiSpam service and set it to Whitelist only
It is not possible to 'forward' some alerts to a different
email account because they bypass the mail system and deliver
directly to the email account.
If you want to have alerts delivered to an external email account,
some types of alerts are capable of doing this, and there is
a charge for the service if it is available.
Because not all alerts can be externally-delivered,
you STILL need to check your HiNet email account even if you have
one or more types of alerts delivered to an external account.
