If your problem is not solved, we'll ask you to make an appointment so a Highlands Internet representative can call on you at your convenience.
Internet Re-install/Check	External	Re-installation or checking of your Internet software at your location by a Highlands Internet representative.	0.5 Hour	$66 (inc. GST)	Only covers Installation/Checking of Internet software provided by Highlands Internet. Fax Software/Voice Mail Software/Modem Drivers etc. are NOT INCLUDED.

Note: For large jobs, work is billed on a weekly basis with a 21-day payment window.
Work that is done but not paid for may result in suspension of your Internet Access account until such time as the work is paid for.
Highlands Internet retains ownership of all source and executables unless otherwise contractually specified.
