Since its publication, Peter Kearney's school song has
been adopted by hundreds of Australian schools. The song
was adapted from an old school prayer and set to music by Peter. The song
is available either on the 'Celebration Plus CD'
(along with many other useful songs) OR on a special CD (limited
numbers) containing Various Sung Versions of the one song, singing
a different school name in each version (see list of school names below).
nb. In 2005, Peter will be able to record custom CDs of 'This Is Our
School' including your school name.

'1. This is Our School' is one of many useful songs on Peter's
'Celebration Plus' CD. This
version of the song includes the name 'St. Joseph's School', which hasn't
stopped other schools from using the song - perhaps turning the sound down at that
point as the children substitute the name of their own school.

2. There are limited numbers of a specially made CD:
'This Is Our
School - Various Sung Versions'. Tracks 1-20 include the names of 20
common school names and Track 21 leaves the school name blank.

Music Book containing melody, lyrics, piano accompaniments and simple to medium
difficulty instrumental arrangements for recorders, tuned percussion etc.
4. There is also a second CD called 'This Is Our School- Musical Resources'
which contains backing music and audio-samples of the various parts from the
music book.
